NOCCO Training Day London
On Saturday 24th March we held our first ever Nocco Training Day in London – and what an amazing day it was!
Our one day event was an opportunity for our ambassadors and fans to meet up and take part in a full day of training and challenges held by our ambassadors. From HIT, group functional training and boxing we had it all covered.The day was a huge success and we would like to thank everyone who came along and pushed through the tough workouts!
