Purchase Information

When will I receive my order?

Order before 3pm for delivery the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm from Friday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
You will be sent tracking information in a separate email once your parcel is shipped.

How can I change my address after my order has been placed?

We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after is has been received. Once DPD sends you the tracking details for your order, you will be able to go on and change your delivery address with them.

How can I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been confirmed. Once DPD sends you the tracking details for your order, you will be able to select ‘Return to sender’. This will return it back to our warehouse. Once we receive it back, we can refund you.

I forgot to use my discount code, what can I do?

Unfortunately, we are unable to part-refund orders once they have been placed. Please use the code for your next order instead.

What are your terms of sale?

What payment method can I use?

Our Website accepts the following payment methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA, Mastercard, and Maestro. Cards will be charged when the order is placed.

I am located outside of the UK, can I still buy products from this site?

Purchases made on this website can only be delivered within the United Kingdom. If you are located elsewhere and are looking to buy NOCCO products, please go to our international site www.nocco.com and select your country for more information.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I make a return?

Unfortunately, as all our products are perishable, these items cannot be returned to us unless faulty. If you want to chat through an order you have recently placed, please contact us on hello@nocco.co.uk.

I think I've received faulty items?

Unsatisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described products are deemed as faulty. If you have received a faulty item, please send the following information to hello@nocco.co.uk.
- Your full order number
- Product name
- Photographs that show the fault as clearly as possible, the whole product and the Barebells logo or label.

Please don’t send your faulty item back to us until you have been in touch with us.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Please allow 7 – 10 working days from receipt of your goods at our warehouse for the return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently offer exchanges.

What Is NOCCO?

NOCCO is a tasty functional beverage developed by the Swedish health and exercise brand No Carbs Company. NOCCO is available in several variants and flavours, and all are enriched with vitamins and are sugar free. Several include BCAA or/and caffeine. Please see the ingredient list of each product for exact amounts.

Who is NOCCO?

NOCCO is short for No Carbs Company, a Swedish beverage brand focused on health and training.

What Is BCAA?

BCAA is short for Branched Chain Amino Acids and includes the following three essential amino acids: leucine, valine, and isoleucine.

What Is the Difference Between NOCCO BCAA and NOCCO BCAA+?

NOCCO BCAA contains both BCAA (2500-3000 mg depending on variant and market) and caffeine. NOCCO BCAA+ is caffeine free but contains more BCAA (5000 mg).

How much bcaa does a nocco contain and how much of each amino acid?

NOCCO BCAA contains 2500-3000 mg BCAA, depending on variant and market. NOCCO BCAA+ contains 5000 mg BCAA. NOCCO Focus does not include BCAA. The amount of each amino acid varies for different products and markets. Please contact us if you want to know the exact amount for your specific product.

How Much Caffeine Does NOCCO Contain?

We provide NOCCO variants with or without caffeine. The variants which include caffeine clearly states so on the can. The amount of caffeine can vary slightly between different countries.

For whom is nocco intended?

For the conscious and active adult consumer that wants a tasty, functional and sugar free beverage.

How many cans of nocco can be consumed per day?

The majority of our NOCCO variants include caffeine. Since caffeine sensitivity can vary from person to person, we recommend limiting the consumption to no more than two cans per day, which is in line with the recommendations on caffeine from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).

What is the difference between protein and amino acids?

Protein is made of around twenty different amino acids. Nine of them are essential and must be supplemented through consumption as they are not produced naturally by the body. BCAA contains three of those amino acids – which are so-called free amino acids that can be absorbed directly by the body.

Why Is Protein Important?

Physical activity increase protein turnover in the muscles. Hard exercise also leads to increased muscle breakdown, which results in muscles needing “repair”. As such, it’s important to consume protein in connection to exercise.

Are NOCCO's Products Vegan?

Yes, all NOCCO products are vegan.

Why do you have citric acid in some nocco?

Citric acid is common in food products and contributes to both flavour and lowered pH values. The citric acid we use is produced through fermentation with corn as raw material (it’s not technically possible to use acid directly from fruits). No substances containing allergens are used during the production.

What is sucralose?

Sucralose is a sweetener which is common in food products.

What is acesulfame k?

A synthetic and calorie-free sweetener. It’s around 130-200 times sweeter than regular sugar.

Can children consume NOCCO BCAA+, which does not include caffeine?

We have developed NOCCO as a functional beverage for active adults who exercise and wants BCAA and other substances that are positive in connection to training. Since we have not developed NOCCO with children in mind, we state on all cans that NOCCO is not recommended for children, including the caffeine-free variants.

Is there anyone who should not consume NOCCO?

We do not recommend NOCCO to children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women. People with caffeine sensitivity should not consume the NOCCO variants that include caffeine.

Should you drink NOCCO before, during, or after exercise?

NOCCO beverages can be consumed in connection to exercise and training. NOCCO BCAA and BCAA+ contains free amino acids which can be absorbed directly by the body. NOCCO variants which include caffeine can contribute to improved concentration and focus.

Which vitamins does NOCCO contain?

A can of NOCCO includes the following B vitamins: Biotin, folic acid, niacin, B6 and B12, which all contribute to reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Biotin, niacin, B6 and B12 also contribute to a normal energy-yielding metabolism.
